To our beloved Amma
We are residing at a place named Kottuvally, Paravoor thaluk, Ernakualm district. Our only source of income is selling homemade sweets and snacks products. My family includes husband, parents and my child. 5 months back I had a caesarian and the child expired immediately owning to heart problems. A huge amount was spent for this. Since we are very poor we approached the patient service unit for the help and my operation was done in AIMS. Am extremely thankful to Amma for this help. All the staff over here behaved very politely towards us.
