My name is Beekutty. The patient, Basheer, is my husband. We live in Wyanad District in Vayuthala Panchayath. We have three children. Both of us are working as coolies. For the past 3 to 4 years my husband has been having a problem with one of his heart valves. We took him to some other hospitals. But as the disease did not regress, the doctors told us that the valve must be replaced with another one. This surgery would be very expensive. As we are a poor family, we cannot afford much money for treatment.

At this time we came to know about Amma and Her hospital. We saw Swamiji in Wyanad and he gave us a letter with which we came to AIMS. With the grace of Amma, the operation which would cost Rs.1,09,048/- was conducted free of cost. We would like to sincerely thank Amma for Her help. We would also like to thank all the doctors and staff for their loving behavior and for helping us.
